A balanced diet

This diet is very easy to put into practice and that can make any person, is specially designed for all those people that need a maintenance regime to keep its weight loss plan or a minimum amount of kilos. If you're determined to put into practice this diet have to have a sound health, drinking as much water as possible every day, flavor your tea with sweetener and spice up your meals in a moggy with salt and a small amount of olive oil.

Sample daily menu:

  • Breakfast: a short infusion with skim milk, 2 slices of bran bread and a glass of orange juice or grapefruit.
  • Mid-morning: 1 fruit.
  • Lunch: 1 serving of meat, salad and a fruit. You can eat as much salad as you want.
  • Afternoon: a low-fat yogurt with fruit or cereal.
  • Snack: one infusion, two slices of bread and a glass of orange juice or grapefruit.
  • Dinner: 1 portion of chicken or fish, steamed vegetables prepared in a light and a fruit. You can eat as much vegetables as you want.
  • Before bed: one infusion.
